I have more than thirty years of experience representing parties in civil litigation. After graduating from Gonzaga University Law School, I spent eight years in private practice with an experienced personal injury attorney filing suits and trying cases against defendants, such as the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commissions, City of Philadelphia, and General Motors. I also received an LLM degree from Temple University in taxation. I am a member of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Claims, The United States Tax Court, and all lower federal and state courts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In 1987, I opened my practice limiting it to civil litigation in the area of Personal Injury/Workers’ Compensation, Divorce, Wills and Estates, and Business Law.
